You bide your time…If you’ve only just broken up this is just be a rebound relationship, you are still on his mind it’s you he thinks about just he’s not liking being single, try to establish a little contact, i.e. asking how he is, hows his day been (shows him you care about him) but nothing like What have you been up to, or how’s that thing your hanging out with (that makes you look obsessive). If he tells you about her hide your emotions (although your burning with a mixture of envy and anger grit your teeth and act as though your pleased for him) this stops him getting control over you and will either make him think twice about you and consider your relationship again, or at the very least mean he won’t flaunt her in your face which will save your emotions and make you feel better. You need to get busy, if during your relationship you had let yourself go get in a gym, give up smoking/drinking (unless this is something you do together) and try and improve yourself FOR YOU. Be his friend and ride it out, this relationship probably won’t last more than a month, if it is going on and on you have something to worry about but chances are it won’t. If you are a close friend still when it does he will have a shoulder to cry on and then you will be closer to getting him back. Hope this helps.
