Well, a couple days ago, my ex girlfriend broke up with me. I still love her and apparently she misses me, well that’s what she says. But I know she doesn’t love me, how can I get her to love me again? I love her so much and she knows that.
That’s soo crazy I’m in the same situation with my boyfriend. I just recently broke up with him and it didn’t end well as I would like. All I can tell you is move on. You even said yourself that she doesn’t love you but some how misses you? If anything sweetie she just misses your company and being in a relationship. Don’t fight for her back if she wants you, she’ll come to you. Why should you be the groveling dog? She broke up with you.
You can’t make someone love you just like I can’t make you not love her anymore. She’s just dragging you along with her and not caring for your feelings because she knows that you love her so why not tell you that she misses you, right? I find that very sad that she’s doing that to you knowing that she was the one who broke your heart and left you.
Just really in all honesty give it some time and be free of this relationship for awhile (if you really want to be back with you). It’s only been a couple of days. I think the best thing to do is move on and grow from this relationship. Find someone that makes you happy and loves you as much as you love them!
Don’t settle for this girl that’s my advice. You can do better and deserve much more.

Should we get back together?
Heres my story…
Late January my wife of 3 years (together for 6) told me she wanted out of our marriage because she was seeing someone else (news to me, but stated that it had not been sexual, just a deep emotional connection). she moved out of our home. I asked her to try counseling and we went to 1 session, she still wanted out. I started to move on with the divorce proceedings and started to try and start a new life without her. I came to find out that she moved in with the man she was seeing and that he was also married. In the beginning of March i started to get calls from my wife stating that she realized what she did was wrong and wanted me back and ended everything with the other man. She said that she would start counseling on her own and try to work out her problems before we can work on ours. We have had many conversations since then about how we both acted while being separated, and what caused us to separate. We have seen each other every night for the past 2 weeks and it seems that a "spark" that was never there is actually there. My question is how can i get over the fact that she (in my eyes) committed adultery (emotionally), and will this "spark" that we have now stay lit?
The basis of your problem seems to be the misunderstanding of the love in your relationship. A strong bond has been created between the two of you that she has forced her way out of. Maybe she didn’t dump this man, yet he took his wife so you are the fall back? I would suggest really seeing if your ready to make the commitment to her again, and if she is really serious about the two of you. In a way this seems storybook, but in this case I would look deep into yourself for advice. Many people divorce, it is common, and many people separate, however, can you face the emotional distress she has caused you again? You seem very sincere about her, and in that case maybe you should let her back into your life, and put certain restrictions on things. Its just I wouldn’t be sure you two could have the same relationship as you did before, because of the way she acted towards the whole thing in the first place.
