]]> my bf wants space as of like 3 days ago. i was reading over messages we sent to eachother on sep 26, a few days ago. he had just gotten a facebook, and this is what he wrote "maria, whats taking you so long to accept the friend request?" i replied sorry, he said "nah dont worry im just playing with you" and the nhe wrote about my job "am so happy for you maria i am iam" then h e wrote "Are u there" i wrote "yeah of course and i miss u alot babe" he wrote "maria stop been gay lol.." then he wrote "i have been watching all ur updates its really cute" then i replyed "why u dont miss me" he replied back "you wrote u just finished laundry and loved the movie, oh i got you babe of course i miss you" then i wrote "aww thanks baby" then h e wrote " aww mar im poroud of you big girl (i got my 1st job), then he wrote "i know it would be cool if u were here specially now since its cold i would have u in my arms, " then he also wrote "remeber u are my maria, its really nice when we are together" he still calls me babe and often. since that was a few days ago, and about 2 days ago he keeps saying he wants space. ill give it to him, but what should i do to make him really miss me? iwe had a good reason for taking a break but when should i contact him again? on sunday? is he still in love with me? i miss him so much..what should i do and what do these messages mean? we also took a break cuz im really bitchy at times. we were together for 11 months.

Sounds too immature for a committed relationship at this point..

]]> So this is what happened, woke up this morning to find 3 notifications on facebook all of him, as he had posted on my wall. I had a text message from my friend saying go on facebook see what "jack" put on your wall. It saying he "loves me" and "He hates the thought of me with another boy .Now do i just believe him, or is it just lies and he doesn’t care!!

]]> My ex and I have been together for over two years. We have broken up many times and I we always got back together. I would usually play the, "Im so sad" approach, always begged her…told her her life would be better with me. All that ****. I know its not going to work this time. We have been in trouble with the police a couple times because we got drunk and into arguments and **** goes down. Now dont get me wrong, I have never hit her. She has actually kicked me in the face. She called the cops on me but we both got arrested. Its been a pretty crazy relationship but I really love her, addicted to her…but not in a crazy way, Im just seriously in love with her. She is really in love with me. This time we broke up was ****** up. We got into some sort of gay argument, I went into the middle of the street and ranted in a shakespearean style about government and people and ****…She got in her car, I stood in front and asked her what she was doing…(it was midnight or so)…she turned it on started driving…I begged her to not drive drunk (i recently got a DUI) and I just didnt want her to drive drunk. She went faster and into me, i laid on the hood and pleaded with her to not drive, and asked her in a half scared way, "what are you doing"..cause she ‘hit’ me. She swerved the car, I fell off, she backed up to turn around cause the road is not wide, she then pulled forward and ran my leg over and broke it…and took off(she didnt know she broke it). Now I know, "cooper why would you want to be with her, you too have two many problems"…I know we do…but I cant seem to get enough of her, she makes my world go, she makes me happy and smile, I’m an otherwise depressed person. Now, she broke up with me without telling me…I just knew, I went to the hospital pissed as ****…I just sensed that she broke up with me, I knew it. Since that night, which was over a week ago I have not talked to her in person, only online. She told me that NEVER again would we ever be together. She got a restraining order, changed her number, deleted me off her friends. I have never abused her….She claims I have mentally abused her and she just cant be with me any more because she doesnt want to get hurt again, and she hates that I lie. I do lie, But only to save myself and help ensure that we stay together. I have never cheated on her, she actually is the one who on my birthday two years ago was kissing my friend at a little party, I was not there, she was trying to get with him, he declined and I got a phone call at 3 i n the morning to pick her up because she was trying to kiss him and trying to fight this girl who like the kid. I was very upset. BUT, she is moving somewhere and hasnt told me where. She moves next week. I am so sad. We talked a lot of **** to each other in the days after the break up. We finally the last couple days have been coming to common ground in this. We both have appologized to each other for everything. We have talked about all our problems. She keeps telling me, that there is NO chance ever again that we’d be together and she said she has already made up her mind and wont even say goodbye to me in person because it would hurt her too much. She says if we did that then it would open old wounds and whatnot. This is all just crazy and I love her so much. Now, Ive done research on this and I just want to see what some good, smart, intelligent at that, people can tell me….thank you.

i can’t believe you say you love her..and yet you let other girls touch you, if you trully believe in true love…you should of shown your ex that you believe in true love by not letting a girl give you head or have sex with another girl that you dont even know if they are "clean" or not and by clean i mean std’s aids etc….if you were my boyfriend and we broke up and you got touched by 2 other girls in those 2 weeks, i would of said"bye bye forever" to you, oh my goodness.

and idk why you would post yourself on craigslist….i would never have a bf like you im sorry…and i can see how hard it is for you to be alone…but later on it will slowly dissolve away…and if not, just wait like 1 or 2 months and check up on her again and tell her that you will CHANGE FOR ONCE….because your way of loving, NO GIRL will like it, and you have to understand that…you can’t just have sex with another girl in less than 3 weeks of breaking up with a gf you had for 2 long years…no girl will like that…because 90% chance that gf that breaks up with her bf, wants to get back to him…that’s why you and your gf kept breaking up on and off…it’s best if you let time go for a little while then send her a message saying that "you are the only girl i love in this world, you will always be my one and only true love, i know i’ve been a jerk, please give me time to change and be a better man for you" and stuff like that.

dont say "your life will be better with me" that’s showing that your just better than her..which is WRONG..youre supposed to say" my life will be worthless without you" or"i dont know how to live without you, you are the only person that makes me happy and smile, marry me someday please" stuff like that…but really mean it. you really f***ed up on having sex with other girls …you should of lived your life on (the only woman in my life that i give my body to is my gf) you should of thought that in your mind the first week you were dating your gf 2 years ago…that is pretty horrible of you having sex with other girls…sorry.

]]> The mistakes in the relationship were mostly mine – his main mistake was waiting and bottling it all up until it built up to resentment. I think we need some time apart, but I know he still loves me and the main problem is that he doesn’t see us together long term because of the problems I had in the relationship. I know if I showed him I can/have changed things could work out for the better. I’m just not sure how to go about this after having some time apart. He feels horrible right now for breaking my heart, he accidentally said he loved me last night which gave me hope and made me realize that if I could I’d do anything to get him back. Right now he feels that his feelings of resentment won’t change and that we’d just end up broken up again and hurting again. Any tips and advice would be much appreciated. I know I’ll get a lot of "ex’s should stay ex’s" but this is my first long-term relationship, his second, and I now know what I did wrong. I only wish I had known not to do it while I was doing it. I could be mean and cranky at him for no reason. He broke up with me and I didn’t expect it and it hurt. He broke my heart because I wasn’t always as nice as I should have been and I picked on him at times. I hurt him too and he hurt me. He’s really upset because he still cares about me and he knows this is hurting me. There’s really not much more to say.

As the relationship got deeper he said that he really loves me and that he wants to marry me. I am going through the exact same thing. I was with my ex since we were 15, now 23. He broke up with me because he wwas afraid that if we didn’t date and exlore life now we never would get the chance to if got married this soon. I love him a lot and want him back so much but he is being stubborn too. I have found that two best ways to try and get him back is A.) Date someone else and B.) Give him the silent treatment for a bit (I did it to my ex and he would call/txt and tell me he felt unmissed, lol). Or, there is C.) Don’t date anyone and just wait it out for a little while. If he doesn’t seem like he cares or is unfathomed by any of these… then move on. Good Luck

Your best friend and your former boyfriend have both betrayed you, and I can’t see why you’d want to have anything to do with either one of them. If they were going out only a couple days later, then he probably broke up with you *specifically* to date her, meaning it’s very unlikely that he was faithful while he was with you. And your "friend" is not much of one – I would NEVER go out with my best friend’s guy a few days after he leaves her.
Say to h3ll with both of them – and find new friends.
