]]> He apologized for blocking me on Facebook. He broke up with me. I’ve done my best to not have any contact with him at all. I spoke to him the other day because he wrote a message saying he wanted to. He was talking to one of my friends who told him I was still interested in him but he asked whether there was anything I wanted to say besides offering friendship, which I did. I told him that he was right about the breakup. The conversation was not hostile and he had written the day before he’s not angry anymore. I figured that I shouldn’t push in order to pull him toward me. Did I do the right thing or should I tell him how I feel? This isn’t the first time he wanted to talk about the relationship over the phone. By the way, this is long distance too.
I can’t truly tell whether he wants a relationship. He writes that he loves me despite everything but he also writes in a way that he’s okay that I have moved on (which is untrue but he thinks it). He says he wants to be a father to my son but says he still can’t trust me so he can’t pursue it. He has said this multiple times over two months. This was written before the latest phone call and the last contact. Since this phone call neither of us have said anything.

If you want him back and he wants you back tell him how you truly feel.
