Ok so I am 18 and my ex gf is 17. She broke up with me the day after Thanksgiving (a little over a month ago). I deserved to be dumped b/c I treated her like complete sh*t. I mainly did this b/c I was hurting so bad inside. I went to the Doctor December 14th (without anyone asking me to get help, so that right there shows you I am wanting to change!) and he diagnosed me with a severe case of clinical depression. I am currently getting my meds under control and start therapy next week.

I contacted my ex today for the first time in nearly 3 weeks and she said that she loves me, she misses me, but she doesnt want to get hurt again. She said it will be MONTHS (yes, she said months!) before we can even become SEMI-friends again. I couldnt believe this! I had admitted to lying to her in the past today, I have also been manipulative towards her, and I always got mad at her over little things, but I have apologized hundreds of times for not getting help sooner; but other than this crap, our near year long relationship was perfect. She said that its caused so much stress on both our families (my bro and her half sister are married…its really not weird or anything so i dont want anyone talking crap), and I will agree that it has. Her parents disagree with her dating me b/c they think we just arent right for each other. SO WHAT CAN I SAY TO HER TO GET HER TO GIVE ME A CHANCE TO SHOW I HAVE CHANGED!?!

**Oh and I dont want to wait to long to get a relationship going again b/c in 7 months we will be going to different colleges that are about 30 minutes apart. BUT dont tell me to just move on b/c I am in absolute love with this girl and I just cant do that! Thanks a lot everyone!

Make her feel loved, be nice, sweet, etc.
Send her flowers, do cute stuff.
Write her a letter with how much you love her (a romantic one)

Well I fell in love with a female who is considered a lesbian, we dated for about 7 months and I really want her back but she is with her ex, at frist we would still chill and do whatever but now she is trying to create distance, but I can tell there is still deep feelings between us; is this a lost cause?

Move on to a real relationship, she is bent on sinning with another female.

My boyfriend broke up with me last might saying I was a sister to him and his best friend. We having been dating for 7 months and have gone to 3 base. We always told each other we loved each other. We always kidded around. He always wrote poetry saying he loved me so much. It seemed perfect. We have broken up before and gotten back together…but this time seems different. So how do I get him back? I love him so much!

Butter him up. when my sis broke up with her boyfriend he came to her college and cried when she opened the door to see who it was. He got a speeding ticket on the way there. Go to him crying. It hurts to see someone cry like that. Or say i can’t live without you. if you get together with another guy he could be come jealous. Good luck:)

me and my girlfriend just recently broke up and it was my fault. we were together for one year 7 months to the day and i had just turned 20 the previous day. we love one another and we both know that but i really need her back what can i do to gain trust and love?

Me and my ex were together for a year and a half. We didn’t fight that often and were very good to each other. We now are broken up and when it first happened I did get mad and say things that I regret. I have apologized and have not really talked to her.
We work together once a week. When we interact it is always friendly and polite but later I hear that i annoyed her but can’t give a reason why. I have tried to ignore her but she initiates most of the conversations.
I am trying to get back together with her.
When she broke up with me she was under a lot of stress from school and work and mutual friend said it was a bad idea on her part and that I was the easiest thing to drop. I am willing to do anything I have to to win her back.
Please don’t tell me to move on. But what should I do. Its been 2 months she had a rebound that treated her like s*** that lasted for about 5 weeks and she gets upset when ever hes mentioned

I was in a similar situation except I broke up with my boyfriend because i was stressed out with school work and life in general. We hardly ever fought and i honestly loved him dearly. i still do. But i felt like it had to be done. it did relieve a lot of stress but every now and then when we make eye contact whenever we see each other around, i feel as if my heart sinks deeper. I dated him for a year and 2 months. it has been 7 months since and im over it, yet i still love him regardless.

how does this tie in to your question you’re probably asking? Well, you need to tell her how you feel and show her that you will not cause stress for her because she most definitely should still have feelings for you since you dated over a year and didnt break up on a bad note. Good luck!
