How do I get my ex-boyfriend back?

I’ve liked him for eight months
We started going out last month
And we broke up exactly a month after
I see the problems were
1) We barely talked and texted
( I was scared of being to clingy and he was often flirting with other girls, he is like that though )
2) I heard he still had a bit of feelings for his ex
3) He didn’t tell me anything
4) We were like good friends before, but the relationship wasn’t working
5) he was honest and said that I was too innocent

i think that was the real problem because I was scared to PDA. I regret it so much now. but I think I was going to slow for him. We only kissed, and whenever he tried holding my hand, I wouldn’t , and I don’t know why.

I really like him still… How do I make him fall for me again? I learned my lesson and I know now in relationship talking and trust is very important
