How would you get your own back on a ex friend who has completely f***ed you over?
How would you get your own back on an ex "friend" who has completely done you over by turning people against you, cost you hundreds of pounds and is generally a nasty piece of work? Do you just rise above it in the hope that "what goes around comes around" or get your own back in another way? At 30 years old should I know better?

Rise above it; those who go round being evil like this will find that people respond in kind.
You can move on, and be a better person by ignoring it, be true and good to people and people will respond in the same manner 
be successful in your own life and that will be the sweetest revenge
