How to Win Back My Ex ? – Time to Cool Off
Once I have broken up what is the best way to get my ex back ? I am tempted to flood my ex with messages, emails and other crafty ways of getting to see him/her. I know deep down though that this is NOT the best way to get my ex back.
Sometimes I feel desperate and panic sets in. What does that lead to ? Well, all sorts of desperate actions and really all I do is make the situation ten times worse. If I am hot-headed then I cannot think straight – never mind thinking about a strategy. Nobody can think clearly in that state!
Why I am feeling panicky ? Shouldn’t I be able to get over this ? The answer is that the familiar world (even one with tiffs and rows) was at least reassuring. Now that has gone and I am faced with a lot of question marks about my future and that’s what causes the panic , I guess.
First Step. I need to stand back and stop calling my ex so that I am not going to do anything foolish. This is called the cooling off period and it is very useful for lots of reasons. So,I am going to give it a rest and use my energy more wisely like, say, looking after myself, number one.
Second Step. What do I do if I keep meeting my ex? We may move in the same social circles, clubs and even the workplace. No panic ! There is no need to become like Great Garbo .Why should I become a recluse? So, I just act as normally as possible and am friendly and say ‘Hello’ and then get on with whatever I am doing.
Third Step. I will now decide the date when this cooling off period is going to end. A month should be fine and I can even mark my diary with that date or put a post-it on the fridge door!
Fourth Step: These are the things I must avoid. Resist the temptation to stalk my ex. I will not plan revenge. I will not talk about him/her in a negative way with the few friends I have left. I say few, because there is nothing more boring for my friends than having to listen to the whole sorry saga again !
Fifth Step. Ask myself why I am having these thoughts. If I actually did carry them out they would not put me in a very attractive light . They would only persuade my ex that he/she was right to leave me !
Sixth Step. Now I am going to start thinking seriously and rationally and I will begin to see light at the end of the tunnel – that is I begin to see why things went all wrong. Also now I reckon I should be able to open up communication after the cooling off period.
Now that I am beginning to see more clearly I can start planning my strategy but I must be careful because if I put a foot wrong here, I could lose the game. I can win back my ex. The link below is going to help me follow that strategy and it is a winner !

What cool stuff can I put on my website to make people want to come back all the time?

This depends on your market. If your site is about you – put stuff about you or things that you like on it.

Uhh, I’m a girl and honestly. Way too sparkly, and glitzy, and tacky. It’s too over-girly. Not all girls are like that.
I think get rid of the sparkly background, make the font background colour and font colour easier to read, clean it all up a bit and get rid the clutter, spell things properly, it’s "girl" not "gurl".
Maybe get a proper header (The thing up the top, if you didn’t know). Maybe some different colours other than pink, since not all girls are into pink, maybe a better font that stands out for the title area, a picture which relates to all girls, not just "girly-girls"
Make it acceptable to all girls, not just the popular or girly ones, because I would never go on a site like that, it’s too tacky.
Also, you said that there’s "lots of cool stuff on it". Where?
I didn’t see any cool stuff, add some games or things for people to do, make it easier to navigate through the site, it’s annoying and boring.
Oh, and another thing I just realised while going through the rest of the pages. Do not EVER have such superficial competitions. How dare people get others to compare their beauty to another girl?! Do you know how much it would hurt someone to lose to someone whose so artificially pretty and photoshopped?
Get rid of the beauty contests, that’s a horrible thing to have on your page. Girls (And boys) should never compete over beauty, it’s horrible and can crush someone so badly that they can kill themselves over losing. So, get rid of that.
Also, get rid of the beauty tips. Unless you’re going to have good ones, which isn’t about applying artificial beauty, don’t bother having it there. Everybody knows they need to shower, so so far the beauty tips page is a waste of time. You shouldn’t have to teach someone how to apply make-up, you should be teaching them how to be beautiful WITHOUT IT.
Why are you encouraging 11 or 12 year olds to wear make-up and post on the internet about it? that girl Molly who went out with her best friend and looked "like a clown" shouldn’t even be up there. You’re setting a bad example for young girls, that they should wear make-up to try and make themselves look better.
The "must-haves" page is horrible, you’re teaching girls that they "must have" make-up, short skirts and revealing shirts. Maybe you should actually put some GOOD STUFF on there?!
The style quiz is stupid, so is the whole site. Think of a better idea and start again.
And, before you start thinking I’m some old lady having a go at you, I’m 16, and I think that site is disgusting, stereotypical and setting a bad example for young girls. I would never want to act or look so fake.
