Does the no contact rule really work to get an ex back?
Ive been told that if i make no contact at all with an ex they’ll miss u and possibly want you back
but wont staying away from an ex make it easier for them to move on and forget about you?

But you will only get them calling you if they really loved you. This is the hardest thing to deal with.
I found that my ex’s are really jealous when I move on. And some have even followed me across the country (trouble is she is one of the ones that I don’t want back).

Okay from bad experience advice. Out of site, out of mind. He is not thinking about you when you are not calling. Men do not operate the same way we do. When they don’t call or text us, it’s because they are doing their own thing, and we are sitting around thinking about them. The one thing that helped me move on is this, when I use to sit around thinking about an ex and he hasn’t called me or anything. I tell myself to get it together, because while I am sitting here all down and out he is out enjoying life. So that statement alone helped me move on from my exes that I cared a lot about.
