How can I get back together with my ex?

I want to get back together with him. I broke up with him the other day and I realized what a big mistake it was. I told him we should be friends. I know I can’t find someone better than him. But I have been so mean to him though. I broke up with him two times before that. First time I said we should take everything slow and be friends. Second time my friends yelled at him and said that me and him are over. He thought she was joking and was upset that I didn’t defend him. I didn’t have any feelings for him at all when we were together. I only said yes to being his girlfriend because I wanted to get this guy jealous and I didn’t want to say no. But we can’t get back together because it is officially over. My friend and him were talking and he said that we broke up (first time he admitted it). And he said that he never really liked me that much and wouldn’t be surprised that I didn’t either. My friend was bout to tell him that I didn’t like him too but decided not to because she thought it would be mean. I want him back now. I know karma is a *****. I am a ***** but I regret what I did. When I broke up with him it was so hard even saying we should break up. I accidently blurted it out and after that five minutes later I regretted it. I didn’t know my feelings. There has to be some way to get him back.. What should I do?
I know I know. Ex’s are for a reason. I always said that myself. But this is different. I broke up with him yet I still have feelings for him. I am so stupid for doing it.

You cannot make someone come back and he’s your ex for a reason.
