Get Him Back: Understand Why You Split Up and Correct It

Dealing with a break up can be so frustrating, disheartening, and saddening. The last thing you want to do is to watch the love of your life walk out the door. It can leave you feeling down, depressed, and like you’ll never love again. However, this may not be the end. Take some time to grieve and get over the loss, and then it’s time to work on getting your ex boy friend back into your life again. Wondering what you can do to get him back? Well, one of the most important things you can do if you want him back is to understand why you split up and then correct it. Let’s take a closer look at this way to get a man back and how you can make this tip work for your relationship.

Take a Look at All Your Problems
The first thing that you need to do is to take a look at all your problems. You need to get good grasp on what has gone wrong in your relationship. Obviously something has gone wrong since you have gone through a breakup. So, what have the problems been? Have you been the one with the problems, have some of the problems been your exes? It’s important that you sort out the problems. It’s easy after a breakup to look back and think that you did everything right, but if you want your ex boyfriend back, you’ll need to figure out where the problems where. Only then will you be able to fix them so you can possibly get your ex back again.

Decide What You Can Do to Fix Them
Once you have taken a look at the problems that you had in the relationship, it’s time to decide what you can do to fix them. Of course you can’t fix your ex boyfriend, but focus on the problems that you can do something about. Did you constantly nag your boyfriend, did you start arguments, or even just not take care of yourself any more? Whatever the problem is, you need to figure out what you can do to fix the problems.

Implement the Plan
Now that you have an idea of what you can do to fix the problem, it’s time that you work on implementing a plan. Figure out how you can take the things you want to do to fix the problems and put them into practice. It’s one thing to think about how you can change and fix problems, but you actually have to put your plan into practice if you want results.

Show that You’ve Changed
Although you won’t want to pick up the phone to let your ex know that you’ve changed, you do need to show that you’ve changed. If you are around your ex, make sure that you behave in such a way that shows that you’ve fixed some of the problems that you have had in the past. Saying you’ve changed won’t mean much, but showing that you have changed can show your ex that you have changed and that you really are ready to get back together.

Why does DNA have two strands..what purpose does the second strand serve?
In the double helix genes on only one strand are used by mRNA so that it can get the correct instruction set. When mRNA comes along the chromosone sort of splits open at that point and the mRNA binds to the DNA strand. If I understand this the mRNA finds the start point it needs (a promoter?) and then transcribes the information until it get to the stop point (along the way it may edit out intron information). I am trying to figure out what purpose the other strand of DNA serves. If it does not code for anything then how does mRNA know that a promoter code on that strand doesn’t mean start coding here? I see how if can be used in duplication whereby the two strands split and then rebuild themselves up back into two sets of two strands but still am unsure why it has to work that way and why just one strand isn’t enough. Also each cell would have to have a common strand otherwise things would get very messy. Is there a key that says I am the coding strand?

If the DNA didn’t have 2 strands, how could it split to copy itself?

DNA in your body is constantly bombarded by all sorts of particles. If DNA was just one strand, these particles would destroy the strand with no problem, killing you. Having two strands in a double helix leaves less area for particles to strike. The nucleotides inside (A,C,G,T) are what are important for your survival, so the out protein coats of the "ladder" twist to protect these nucleotides.

The two strands of DNA both serve functions the strand of DNA that appears to not do any thing is actually the most important strand. It holds the so called blue print of your genes. Since mRNA transcription creates a complimentary sequence of the DNA strand it is copied from it must be copied from a strand complimentary to the actually sequence. Blue print DNA strand is GCCG its complimentary strand is CGGC, mRNA then is GCCG same as the blueprint strand.

The mRNA binds to the promoter. The promoter needs one to be a very specific sequence and two is also specific to the polarity of the DNA. DNA is anti-parallel so only one strand will have the right polarity and sequence to bind the mRNA

During duplication things don’t get messy because even though the strands are different they are complimentary of each other

its a double helix because he designed it that way
