Is your back pain keeping you fat?
The reason i ask guys is that as a personal trainer and ex back pain sufferer, i understand how frustrating and depressing it can be when you want to achieve a fitness goal but cannot due to pain. Now i’ve overcome it helped others overcome it to via some simple peinciples that can be applied across your life.

I was thinking of outting a product out (online or CD) that presents a step by step walk through guide from back pain to lean frame, just want to find out what people think?

hey thats a great idea, a lot of people suffer it.
make sure you include exercises for men and women and all levels of fitness strength.
AND include a warning about asking your dr before starting any workout or exercise plan.
    good luck!

Absolutely not. I mean i dont have the most extreme back pain, im sure. but it is bad..and to be honest i have no troubles with weigth because of it. there are many ways to excercise comfortably with your back in mind.

I know I have had problems because of this. Now I am having leg pain associated with it, and I have become so out of shape compared to what I used to be.
